In addition, the company is developing AT247, an ultra-rapid acting insulin, which is in Phase 1 for patients with Type I and Type II diabetics; and AT278, an ultra-concentrated rapid acting insulin formulation that has been designed to accelerate the absorption of insulin post injection. It has a research collaboration with TRx Biosciences Limited for the formulation development of an oral glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist product; and Medtronic plc to develop a novel thermostable insulin for implantable pump delivery.
